You can chat with practitioners you are connected with/in your network. These practitioners are found:
- Dashboard > Practitioners
- Client Profile > Collaborators
- Practitioner Directory
Click ‘Chat’ next to their name to begin a conversation! The Chat field/icon is in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Nota bene: In your Settings, you can turn Chat Notifications ‘on’ to receive emails when you have a message. We respect your sanity and only email every few hours, if there’s a message you haven’t seen.
