You can link to the Library from the footer of every page.
You can also find it:
Add Note > Select Note Type > Custom > View Library
The Library features:

MY LIBRARY. This is where your custom templates are stored/automatically appear. If you wish to share one of your templates with other Practitioners, click ‘Shared Library’ when in the template builder.

GROUP LIBRARY. This category only appears if you subscribe to the site as part of a larger organization or practice; it’s where your group’s custom templates are stored.

SHARED LIBRARY. Where you can post custom templates that you would like to share with other practitioners…and where you will find custom templates that other practitioners have posted for you to share and use, as well!
